First Snow Day of 2011!
Hello All!
Just thought I would take the time to write a bit before the semester starts and things get crazy! Providence, RI is at a standstill today. It is so beautiful, but the rest of the week it is going to be difficult as they try to plow all the roads and open all the businesses. Absolutely nothing is open, not even McDonalds which I sure would be open even after an H-bomb hit. Here are some pictures! It is no fun to have everything be closed before the semester starts, but I’ll take it!Thursday, September 2, 2010

Here in Rhode Island we are preparing for Hurricane Earl! PC canceled their day of service which is supposed to be on Saturday at various sites around Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I am hoping that the impact of this storm is limited!
This is the scene in Westport, MA during Hurricane Bill last year!

End of the Summer of 2010
I just went on my last vacation of the summer to a friend's wedding in Indiana! It was a beautiful ceremony and had a blast and now it is back to resume my duties on the job! I am very excited for my second year at PC! I am refreshed and recharged and looking forward to meeting a whole new batch of students this academic year!

Summer in Providence, RI
Hello All!
I hope that you are having a great summer! I am enjoying teaching an online class and learning new tools in order to become the best person I can be the classroom! Providence has been beautiful this summer and I have so many great friends! I can say, at 35 that all is great in my life! This heat wave that we have right now is ridiculous though!
Happy Summer to all!
